Instant Approval Line of Credit
In a matter of minutes our finance office can set up an instant line of credit for you and your family. There are no complicated forms to fill out. Based upon credit-worthiness, credit lines are automatically approved for amounts anywhere from $500 to $25,000.

We work with CARE CREDIT and UNICORN financial institutions. Both of these companies offer interest-free payment plans.


Insurance 
We do accept most dental insurances. Dr. Carothers is not a preferred provider for any insurance company, however as long as your insurance allows you to choose your own dentist– we will bill your insurance. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance. We are a Premier Provider for ODS and Delta Dental.

Privacy and Respect
All of the financial conversations and activities take place in a private office. We believe that it is important at all times for you to feel comfortable when discussing such matters. You will always be given the respect of having diagnosed dental needs, the estimated fees of the treatment plan and your anticipated insurance reimbursement benefits explained to you. Services will never be performed until you clearly understand the financial aspect involved.
